Chapter 8 wfutemplates

The purpose of the wfutemplates package is to provide some additional templating for use with Wake Forest branded palettes. This package later expanded to include several different features to include developing an R Markdown generate course website template and some watermarks that can be added to ggplot2 graphs. There is also the first evolution of a report template that is based on the memor package. Most of the use of this document template have been abandoned with the usualsuspects template. However, in order to protect reproducibility of older reports, I have included this package in the handbook.
