4.2 General Guide
All of the files used to generate the LSDS are located at \\admin2\instres\IR Shared Folder for Retention Analysis.
A log file is available here which provides more details about the updating process proper.
The entire LSDS can be re-generated by running the SAS program located at \\admin2\instres\IR Shared Folder for Retention Analysis\RETENTION_UPDATE.sas.
4.2.1 Input Files
As mentioned above, most all of the files used to build the LSDS are located in the IR Shared Folder for Retention Analysis of the common drive. Each data source has a SASprogram that rebuilds the data set. It is best practice to re-run each program each update in order to rebuild the entire data set. This ensures that everything is reproducible.
