Chapter 7 irverse

The purpose of the irverse R package is to automatically load and install some of the key packages that are used in Institutional Research. The vision is that you will only need to use this one package to load all of the required packages. It is critically important that you load the remotes R package before using this package as well as set your GITLAB_PAT as described below.
