Chapter 16 Completed Projects

The purpose of this chapter is to provide the additional README file information for each of the projects completed during my stay here. In order to try to keep some institutional memory and as described in the good programming practices chapter of this guide, it is important to include a README file that provides some context or information about each study that was completed. This allows newcomers to orient themselves to the work as well as remind yourself what the purpose of the study was and any key points regarding definitions and data.
