Chapter 6 Internal Packages
This next section of the handbook reviews all of the internal packages that were developed at Wake Forest by me. These packages came into existence in order to make my work easier and to facilitate reproducible practices. As the position evolved and some of the requests from customers on campus became more standardized, packages were developed in order to automate or mostly automate some of the workflow. These packages take the form of a variety of R code, R Markdown Templates, and some bash code. The packages should be living documents
Several internal packages were developed in order to streamline repeated operations and calculations.
The source files for these packages are all available at \\admin2\instres\IR Shared Folder for Retention Analysis\supplemental\tools
.
Each package has a complete set of documentation and is built in the R package style.
Each package also has a gitlab repository associated with it for version control.
Additionally, each package has a website hosted at the internal OIR website.
You can see each package website under the internal tools
section on the navigation bar.
