To-San
(Pseudonym of great Korean patriot and educator Ahn Ch'ang Ho)


1. Begin in a ready stance, feet shoulder-width apart, fists held out at belt level.
2. Turn 90 degrees left, and To-san block with the left arm. Punch with the right arm. Kiap.
3. Cross left foot over right. Turn 180 degrees, and To-san block with the right arm. Punch with the left arm.
4. Psuedo block to the front into a back stance.
5. Spear strike into a right foot forward front stance.
6. 360 degree left turn, and left arm backfist into a left foot forward front stance.
7. Right arm backfist into a right foot forward front stance. Kiap.
8. Turn 270 degrees left, and To-san block with the left arm. Punch with the right arm.
9. Cross left foot over right. Turn 180 degrees, and To-san block with the right arm. Punch with the left arm.
10. Turn 135 degrees left, double To-san block into left foot forward front stance.
11. Back leg front kick, pause on refold, point with right arm. Double punch with landing.
12. Turn 90 degrees right, double To-san block into right foot forward front stance.
13. Back leg front kick, pause on refold, point with left arm. Double punch with landing.
14. Turn 35 degrees to back of room, high block.
15. Step forward high block.
16. Turn 270 degress and chop with left hand extended straight from shoulder, standing in a horse stance.
17. Fold right hand in chop position, step left foot to right foot into a horse stance, chop with right hand. Kiap.
