So you are interested in becoming a
Peer Health Educator?



You can become a peer health educator (PHE) by enrolling in the course "Health issues on college campuses I" (HES 201) in which you will be introduced to the concepts and methods of peer health education.  Additionally, you will learn teaching and group facilitation skills.

GO FURTHER!!!  After completing, HES 201, you can then implement the information and skills learned in the former class by planning, presenting, and evaluating health promotion activities on campus!

Both of these classes are offered in both the spring and fall, so register for one next semester and get involved in the movement to motivate our students to stay healthy--emotionally, psychologically, and physically!
