Wake Forest Rowing: Fall 2007
  • August 31st: TK on the Quad kicks off recruitment for the team
  • Early September: The team begins land workouts on the Erg machine
  • September 20th: The team wins the Open Category in the Hit the Bricks Fundraiser for Brian Piccolo
  • October 5th: Training Weekend in Philadelphia
  • October 8th: Team starts water practices
  • October 11th: First 6k Erg Test
  • October 12th-13th: The team works at “American Family Day” for a local company picnic
  • November 3rd: The team competes in the Head of the Hooch Regatta in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the second largest Regatta in the Country
  • November 3rd: Wright Clark, Daniel Pittman, Robert May, Dominique Bouillet, and Coxswain Dan Kiley take first place in the Men’s Novice 4 category at the Head of the Hooch, only the second time a Wake Forest crew has done so
  • November 3rd: Lindsey Williamson, Laura Hoffner, Maggie Baldwin, Susie Manship, and Coxswain Wyatt Allen take fifth place in the Women’s Varsity 4 at the Head of the Hooch
  • November 3rd: Carl Jablonski, Adam Fernbach, Bert Watson, Scott Case, and Coxswain Sarah Aspinwall take sixth place in the Men’s Varsity Lightweight 4 category at the Head of the Hooch
  • November 10th: The team competes in the Head of the South Regatta in Augusta Georgia for the first time and makes a strong showing
  • November 10th: Wright Clark, Daniel Pittman, Robert May, Dominique Bouillet, and Coxswain Dan Kiley take first place in the Men’s Novice 4 category at the Head of the South
  • November 10th: Lindsey Williamson, Laura Hoffner, Maggie Baldwin, Susie Manship, and Coxswain Dan Kiley take first place in the Women’s Varsity 4 at the Head of the South
