March 18, 2009:
Welcome back from Spring Break! Hopefully everyone had a good one...now we've got to start taking shifts again (particularly on weekends)! At today's meeting, we went over the upcoming events (as always, see the Calendar page for details) and then spent some time exchanging past experiences as part of our invaluable continuing education.
This Friday is Seize the Quad, and the organizers have asked us to provide 6 EMTs for standby. If you can come, at least for part of the event, it would be greatly appreciated.
Remember to take occasional ride-along shifts with FCEMS, it's a very valuable experience and helps maintain WFERT's relations with county.
