Recruitment
Sorority recruitment at Wake Forest is a four-day process at the beginning of the spring semester showcasing each sorority’s sisterhood and unique qualities. The process begins in November when Potential New Members (PNMs) are placed into small groups led by a Gamma Rho Chi (GRC), or Greek recruitment counselor. GRCs are junior and senior women who are disaffiliated from their respective sororities in order to ensure fairness and equality through recruitment. Tri Delta recruitment is not only a time of new beginnings, but it is also a special time together as a sisterhood. Recruitment itself can be a whirlwind of information, but is more importantly fun and memorable. During recruitment parties, PNMs will learn the ins-and-outs of Tri Delta: our philanthropies, our social functions and most importantly, the strength of our sisterhood. You can see Tri Deltas at events all over campus throughout the fall semester, such as activities fairs, Go Greek, philanthropic events, social events and at our bimonthly wall sits in front of the Kitchin dorm on Friday afternoons. Look for us around campus - we’ll be the ones in blue and gold! Until the formal recruitment period begins, be sure to look for Tri Delta tables at various activity fairs and Go Greek events. We look forward to seeing you during recruitment 2010!
