Fringe Benefits Committee
Charges for 2005-2006 Session
General:
The Fringe Benefits Committee shall serve as a conduit of information from the University faculties to the responsible University administrator on benefits issues. When Wake Forest employees have concerns with benefits programs, the Committee shall present those concerns to the University administration and seek resolution. The Committee shall develop and advocate improvements in benefits and report to the Senate.
Specific:
- Continue to analyze and review the fringe benefits package offered by Wake Forest University.
- Pursue implementation of recommendations of the Ad Hoc Committee on Health Care issues.
- Consult with and advise the Administration on priorities among
fringe benefits needed for recruitment
and retention of high-quality faculty
and staff.
- Continue to host benefits forums in an effort to share information with Wake Forest employees.
