Wake Forest University Running Club Presents
The 5th Annual Spring Ahead 5K
The Running Club would like to announce its 5th annual Spring Ahead 5K, a race that takes place on the cross country trails of Wake Forest University and benefits AIDS Care Service of Winston-Salem.
AIDS Care Service, started in 1991, incorporates a Housing Placement Program, an Outreach Program, and a Day Activities Program, serving those who live with AIDS. Holly Haven, a Family Care Home, was opened in 1999 and provides housing for those in the advanced stages of AIDS. More information is available at http://www.aidscareservice.org/.
The race will take place on Sunday, March 26, 2006, at 2pm on the Water Tower Field, located across from the Business and Law School.
Parking is available on the WFU Campus in Lot W.
Cost of registration: $15 Preregistration, $17 Race Day Registration, $17 Deacon Dollars
