~Peer Health Educator Programs~

Our interactive workshops can help increase your group’s awareness of a specific health topic and promote health-enhancing behaviors for your members. Peer Health Educators facilitate educational activities and group discussions to enhance learning and support healthy behaviors in the following areas:

Alcohol and other drug awareness

Body Image and disordered eating

Healthy Eating

Exercising: The Dos and Don’ts

Sexuality, including: abstinence, safer sex, sex and alcohol, STDs

Stress Management, Relaxation Techniques

Women's Health Issues

Men's Health Issues
