sisterhood The unique, close-knit and dynamic sisterhood of Kappa Delta is visible in all aspects of Wake Forest life. Kappa Delta sisters are more than just involved women on campus and in the community; we are the closest of friends. As a sisterhood, we participate in many campus-wide events together, including the “Hit the Bricks” fundraiser in the fall to support the Brian Piccolo fund for cancer research, as well as the “Wake ‘N Shake” 12 hour dance marathon in the spring.
With tailgates during football season, cookouts on our patio outside Davis Residence Hall, getting together before social events throughout the semester, sisterhood lunches and “Green Time,” sisterhood time spent together enjoying the weather on Hearn Plaza, Kappa Deltas at Wake Forest truly exemplify the meaning of a lasting sisterhood.
