Dave Sontheimer: I learned to sing under the great Rev. Alfa Radford, even though my dad had to crouch underneath the church stage and hum my solo in Fiddler on the Roof. Kept singing in church through middle school, then joined an all-male a-cappella group, the Knightingales in High School. Few know that while I sing bass and beat-box in Innuendo, I was a first tenor in the Knightingales, breaking hearts and eardrums with the choir-boy falsetto. Though for four years I’ve sang the hottest pop top-40 stations have to offer, my music of choice would have to be classic rock - Zeppelin, the Allman Brothers, Santana… can’t go wrong with the greats. Since IS just wiped my hard drive clean, I’ll be looking for some new music. Moseley, help a brother out?
