Blake Brandes a.k.a. DJ Decryption first saw Innuendo perform when he was a freshman.  After watching the incredible experience that was "Sexual Healing," he knew that he had to find a way to join the group, and so he finely tuned his rapping and beatboxing skills to become the most deadly weapon of verbal percussion that the campus had ever seen.  An independent hip-hop artist with several CDs under his belt, DJ Decryption has brought his own sense of flava to the group by arranging "Po' Folks," "Aw Naw," "Creep," "Lose My Breath," and "Crash" with some soulful grooves that weren't in the originals.  Although he is deceptively skinny, white, and well-groomed, this rapper can demolish any MC in a freestyle competition, and he can rip it up in a beatbox battle as well.  DJ Decryption recently tore it up at the Demon Divas' "Rockin' The Forest" competition with an improvised freestyle rap featuring 3 beatboxers from various other groups, and Innuendo never knows when he's going to randomly break into a funky scratching routine.  Because Blake is lover of the French, Spanish, and Arabic languages and music, everyone suspects that his next arrangement will involve French rap, but Lauren is terrified of having to speak more French than her divisional requirements are currently forcing her to do.  As we speak, DJ Decryption is working on a "Schoolhouse Rap"-style project that involves composing a rap CD as a study guide for grammar textbooks nationwide, and he has already secured a publisher for this endeavor.  In addition to another personal CD in the works (featuring the soulful singing of Joe Martinez), you should check out his most recent release that has become a major hit both locally and on the internet:  "Tales From Decrypt" @ www.cdbaby.com/decryption .  As the current President, Blake is the contact person for our gigs, so holla at him with questions about the group: branbh2@wfu.edu.
