Andrew West is a distinguished speech and debate coach
2. at Myers
Park High School, and
3. WHEREAS,
Mr. West is one of the foremost experts and leaders of
4. Student Congress,
and
5. WHEREAS,
as Congress Director for several years, Mr. West has made
6. the Wake
Forest University Student Congress Tournament a successful and
7. strong event,
and
8. WHEREAS,
Mr. West is recovering from back surgery, and
9. WHEREAS,
the Student Congress community looks forward to his
