spend time doing debate work...This is my second year in law school
and as most law students I have had a million interviews in the last
two years. Time and again, the topic that interviewers invariably
ask questions about is debate. They cannot get enough of it. They
love to hear what topics we debated, what the format is, how well
we did, etc. I know it is hard for the undergraduates to see the "real-world" implications of their debate experiences. However, encourage them
to stick with it. The activity is worth it."
