Republicans Events:
SEPTEMBER 2006
- 5: "Meet and
Greet BBQ" Come out and meet fellow conservatives for a
free BBQ behind Johnson and Babcock dorms (next to the volleyball
courts) at 4 PM. Our notorious “Survival of the Fittest”
t-shirts will be for sale. Come on out and bring a friend.
- 11: “Candles on the Quad”
Immediately following memorial services in Wait Chapel the College
Republicans will be hosting a nonpartisan candlelight vigil in front of
Wait Chapel. Several officers will make brief remarks followed by
performances by several campus a capella groups. All proceeds from
candle sales will go to the 9/11 Victims Fund.
- 20: “First General
Meeting” Our first general meeting of the year will be on the
20th, time and location TBA. Exec officers will present their
plans and projects for the upcoming year.
