1. Begin in a ready
stance, feet shoulder-width apart, left hand folded over right fist just
below eye level.
2. Turn 90 degrees left, downward X block into double block in back stance.
Kiap.
3. Chop down with right hand and pull left fist in to chest.
4. Point right arm and punch with left into a deeper, even weighted back
stance.
5. Turn 180 degrees right foot to foot, downward X block into double block
in back stance.
6. Chop down with left hand and pull right fist in to chest.
7. Point left arm and punch with right into a deeper, even weighted back
stance.
8. Slowly stand and pull right foot in to meet left. Stack left fist on
right at belt level on right side.
9. Front leg sidekick, on refold of kick fold for psuedo block. Land into
psuedo block in left foot forward back stance.
10. Psuedo block into right foot forward back stance.
11. Psuedo block into left foot forward back stance.
12. Spear strike into right foot forward front stance. Kiap.
13. Turn 270 degrees left, downward X block into double block in back
stance.
14. Chop down with right hand and pull left fist in to chest.
15. Point right arm and punch with left into a deeper, even weighted back
stance.
16. Turn 180 degrees right foot to foot, downward X block into double
block in back stance.
17. Chop down with left hand and pull right fist in to chest.
18. Point left arm and punch with right into a deeper, even weighted back
stance.
19. Turn 90 degrees to back of room, step feet together, step out into
left foot forward front stance, circle block with right hand.
20. Back leg front kick, aim with right hand, set down and punch.
21. Circle block with left hand.
22. Back leg front kick, aim with left hand, set down and punch.When you
land from the last side kick, it's a 270 degree turn to the closed fist
pseudo block.
13. Slowly stand and pull right foot in to meet left. Stack right fist
on left at belt level on left side.
24. Front leg sidekick, on refold of kick fold for fisted psuedo block.
Land into psuedo block in 90 degrees left in left foot forward back stance.
25. Turn 180 degrees foot to foot and fisted psuedo block into right foot
forward back stance. Kiap.
