1. Begin in a ready stance, feet shoulder-width
apart, fists held out at belt level.
2. Fold arms straight out to the right and pseudo block to the left into
a left foot forward back stance, kiap.
3. Aim left arm for a high (eye-level) front punch and front punch with
the right arm into a right foot forward front stance.
4. Fold arms straight out to the left and pseudo block to the right into
a right foot forward back stance.
5. Aim right arm for a high front punch and front punch with the left
arm into a left foot forward front stance.
6. Turn 90o left into a left foot forward front stance while folding and
down blocking with the left arm.
7. Aim left arm for a high front punch and front punch with the right
arm into a right foot forward front stance.
8. High front punch with the left arm into a left foot forward front stance.
9. High front punch with the right arm into a right foot forward front
stance, kiap.
10. Downward X block with right hand on top, 270o turn to the left into
a left foot forward back stance, double block with the right arm up and
the left to the front.
11. Aim left arm for a high front punch and front punch with the right
arm into a right foot forward front stance.
12. Downward X block with left hand on top, 180o turn to the right into
a right foot forward back stance, double block with the left arm up and
the right arm to the front.
13. Aim right arm for a high front punch and front punch with the left
arm into a left foot forward front stance.
14. Turn 90o left into a left foot forward front stance and down block
with the left arm, immediately downward X block with left hand on top
and high block with the left arm.
15. Downward X block with right hand on top, high block with the right
arm into a right foot forward front stance.
16. Downward X block with left hand on top, high block with the left arm
into a left foot forward front stance.
17. Downward X block with right hand on top, high block with the right
arm into a right foot forward front stance.
18. Fold left arm with hand straight over right arm with fist (like with
a down block), 270o left turn into a left foot forward back stance, chop
with left arm.
19. Aim left arm for a high front punch and front punch with the right
arm into a right foot forward front stance.
20. Fold right arm with hand straight over left arm with fist, turn right
180o into a right foot forward back stance, chop with right arm.
21. Aim right arm for a high front punch and front punch with the left
arm into a left foot forward front stance, kiap.
